They work
Used on one tire, one time and I didn't have high hopes, but this worked just fine, pulled the nail, screwed in the plug and never looked back.

Good back up
I tried them and they are super easy to use. But use it as a temporary fix. If you leave them there like a regular patch and keep on driving, you will eventually burn the tread to the point you will burn the repair nail and will start leaking again. I realized it when I drove it for 3 months and started leaking. Again for a temporary fix and the price is amazing.

Great for quick flat fix!
They are not rubber nails. They are rubber coated brass screws but they work great. I have used one in an older car tire gets me around town till I put new tires on. Used one in a riding mower tire, appears it will last forever. Now keep them in every vehicle we have for emergencies.

Screw
Seems to be just a screw with a rubber coating. Dont know if they work yet, but they look a little small to plug a hole or do a quality job.
