I first encountered this at work (I'm a cook) and I bought one for home use too. It's heavy in a good way, so you don't have to use as much arm pressure because the tool is doing part of the work. The handle thickness is more comfortable than the tiny ones that you have to grip tighter. The stainless steel handle is much more sanitary than plastic handles.

Well made worth the price.

The round handle makes this so much easier to use. I’m used to the style blade and prefer it to newer styles. Does a great job peeling especially apples, potatoes and carrots. Will definitely order again when needed.

Had one given to me by my daughter 18 years ago which I loved. Inadvertently lost it, probably in the garbage. Looked everywhere for a comparable product and bought a couple of replacements including a Henkel. So happy to see it on amazon. Purchased 2 which should last the rest of my life. Best all around peeler around. Stays sharp and is comfortable to use. You won't want any other kind.

Works perfectly on any vegetable: cucumbers potatoes carrots. So many others are terrible. This one is perfect.
