Good generally but required something specific to the UK.

I found this a bit hard to understand when I was looking at the shopping list. It said strawberries you should watch the amount you eat and then on the second line it says strip strawberries eat as much as you like strawberries as well so very confused. I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy it.

Information badly organised and contradicts Diabetes UK in places. Hardly any content and cheaply made.

This is the "cheapest" made book I have ever seen. The pages were super thin and the type on the "lists" was so small I could barely read it (and I see really good). It was not informative as it should have been.Poor quality all the way around.

Just finish reading the book. Under the grocery list under sugar 2 teaspoons 16 calories, 0 fat, 0 fiber, 4.2 carbs. Comments are eat as much as you want. I thought that was a little weird since we are trying to cut sugar out of our diet. I question the book now on its accuracy. Any feedback is helpful.

Author should use a proofreader or editor. Lots of mistakes or typos. Print is large and very spread out, as if trying to fill space to appear more content. “List” should be reorganized and headings clarified. Reformatting would help. Not really as helpful as other books/documents I’ve read.

Sugar is low in carbs?!? This shopping list is of no use whatsoever! My father is newly diagnosed type 2. I bought this for him as a grocery shopping aid. Do not waste your money!! Very disappointed!

The suggestions this card gives are ridiculous! Telling a diabetic type 2 to have as much chocolate fudge ???? That alone makes it ridiculous. It went in the trash right away.
