Update: 2023-03-08When I attempted to remove the AUX-box-USB that came with the Android screen from the Mercedes AUX-IN-USB, I accidentally pulled out the old USB tongue from the car, which I hadn't noticed. Subsequently, when I plugged it back into the car's AUX-IN-USB, both the car-USB and the AUX-box-USB were damaged. In order to resolve the issue, I had to purchase a Mercedes media box from AliExpress. And the Android screen vendor, Road-Top, was incredibly gracious and sent me a replacement AUX-box-USB. I am truly touched and grateful for their generosity, and I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase an Android screen for their car to choose "Road Top" which produces car media screens for many cars. Amazon had numerous disputes with vendors over their products, buying from "Road Top" can help you avoid such hazards.-----I am a satisfied customer who has no relationship with the vendor. I decided to purchase this type of display because the Mercedes navigation system is consistently outdated, even after spending $600 to update the map. Additionally, the system does not understand spoken directions from American English speakers. After researching on the internet, I found this Android 11 display with a 10.25-inch touchscreen, although I would have preferred a larger 12.5-inch display. However, after using it, I found that the size is actually sufficient. Here are some of the positive aspects of the display:It has an Android 11 operating system with numerous features, which require some time to learn how to use it effectively. It would be helpful if the vendor could create a forum for users to exchange ideas on using the Android system.CarPlay is the most useful function and is used instead of the original Garmin navigation. The map is continually updated as it is linked to the iPhone, and the touchscreen interface is highly convenient.The command center of the car still functions with CarPlay and the Android system, and the touchscreen is accessible as well.The original NTG system remains fully functional, including the GPS navigation system, without any omissions.I installed a rearview camera into the Android display, and it is helpful that the display provides a reversing power line, eliminating the need to manipulate the car's reversing light wires. This simplifies the installation process, as I only had to connect the RCA and power cables to the labeled connectors on the display.The best thing about this display is the vendor's customer service, which is always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Their support is prompt and friendly, and I am entirely satisfied with their service. I feel fortunate to have chosen the "Road Top" brand.
