Rip off merchants
I bought this gift set for my next door neighbour who is 93 as she suffers from dry skin especially her mouth ... when it arrived I checked everything was there and noticed the lip balm was missing so I contacted Nivea I’ve tried three times online and 4 times by phone which just conveniently hangs up on me ... I cannot give this as a gift as it’s incomplete... a disgrace on Niveas part I shall not be buying from them in the future as their customer service is a joke ... you have been warned people

Box , creased, torn and in poor condition.
The media could not be loaded. Great gift very well priced but bought as a gift and the box came squashed, split and quite creased. This make it look cheap and 2nd hand. Its quite damaged. Would like a replacement really. Too embarrassed to use as a gift!

Missing Products
Purchased to be a Christmas gift and when it was opened three of the products were missing. It would be good value if things were not missing. Very disappointed. Would not recommend purchasing.

Nivea pampering pack
Bought this pack mainly for the body mousse but when it arrived I noticed they had sent a different pampering pack without the body mousse. So not happy about that but Nivea is a great product to use. I had to purchase the body mousse separately which was expensive for delivery.

Unfortunately the box came battered
The box came with loads of dents and marks and this is suppose to be a gift for somebody so it’s not ideal. Hopefully the products inside are good as the price was decent.
