Bought this and it came not working and then returned it and new one worked, very cute but died after about a week. Can’t seem to find anyway to replace the battery.

I am very disappointed in this product
I am very disappointed in this product. It looked like it had been returned by someone else and re sold. Package was dusty, crushed and product was not taped securely inside even though there was tape stuck to the side. The airplane does not work and there is no way to check or replace the battery. This was for my grandson's birthday so I do not have time to send it back.
