It’s Easy!
So we ended up using this for a camping trip for a festival. We used a canopy and had a limited 12’x12’ space. I went with a small tent because I wanted to be able to chill at the campsite but not IN the tent.It was tight, but much bigger than I thought it would be inside. My husband is 6’5”, and eventually, he did poke his feet out the front, but the majority of the time we were OK inside to sleep. The issues— there’s no way to open the windows from the inside. We got sweaty while sleeping and I had to exit the tent to roll-up the windows and unzip them. The condensation from our bodies and the heat made it to the tent walls and got a little uncomfortable. The zippers also catch on the piece of tent that protects the zipper quite a bit.It would be a much better tent if the doors opened vertically rather than horizontally. That way you could use tent poles to keep the door flap open or roll it up too.I would not use this tent in the rain, it doesn’t have a rainfly and I don’t think it could handle more than a drizzle. We had a canopy that was waterproof and a tarp just in case.It did take a moment to figure out how to fold up the tent but once we did, it was glorious. The tent was so easy to put up and take down. I was able to put the majority of the campsite up and take it down with very little issue. In the future, I’ll probably consider a slightly larger tent but that’s not this little guy’s fault. This tent worked out well for what we needed.Consider getting for your kids to camp in your backyard or if you’re like me and like to go to festivals but you’re much shorter than 6’5”.

Comparison with Coleman. Easy to deploy, takes considerable practice to fold back. Big capacity
I own this, a 2-year-old Coleman, and year-old Moon Lence pop-up tent. They work exactly the same way but have some noticeable differences.First, the 5-8 person capacity is overstated. I would consider 4-5 adults to be appropriate.Air flow: I have mixed feelings about the tents- Coleman has large, mesh openings at the top, allowing for heat to be whisked away and for you to have a nice view of the sky. The lower part of the tent however, has ZERO air flow and could result in high temperatures during hot days in California- EchoSmile and Moon Lence has large, mesh door openings at the front and back, allowing for a breeze to flow through (if tent is oriented correctly)-- Moon Lence's top mesh portion is not as large as Coleman's, allowing you to see less of the sky. Benefit of this is that it is likely better to hold in heat-- EchoSmile has NO mesh opening at the top, trapping in heat. It makes up for that with 2 vents near each of the two doorsPockets: Coleman has a large, mesh pocket to store items. The Moon Lence has a small one on each side. EchoSmile has a large and small on each, respective side.Rain: I feel that the Moon Lence, due to the front and back door being mesh all the way through, rain water could potentially enter the tent. However, a sprinkler test resulted in the tent staying surprisingly dry. Perhaps it wouldn't withstand a rainstorm, but these pop up tents aren't designed for that (or snow) anyway. EchoSmile held up well.Deployment: All three deploy quickly. Throw into the air and unfold. Stake the tent and guy lines down to secure against wind. Be sure to purchase a tarp that's slightly smaller than the tent floor to help keep water from pooling and most importantly: to keep any sharp objects from puncturing the tent floor.Packing away: Coleman and Moon Lence, due to them being 4-person tents, fold up the same way. Coleman has a nice video on YouTube to show how. The tent also has some pictures printed onto the carry case, though that's hard to follow. I use a modified technique from Coleman's that works very well. It involves putting the tent in-between your legs before folding the top part down and inward like a crashing wave. The Moon Lence does provide picture instructions with the tent itself.EchoSmile, on the other hand, was the most difficult to figure out on how to fold away. Its larger capacity requires it to be folded differently, and the demo video on Amazon did not show all the steps in detail. It is hard to describe, but you essentially fold the tent together, flatten it, twist it hexagonally, and flip one side over the other to the point where it feels like you are about to break the poles. It took some practice and it does make me wonder how long the poles will fare over time due to the force exerted during the folding process. As with all pop-up tents, they are not suitable for winter camping and heavy rains. They are just not built sturdy enough to withstand strong forces. They DO make up for in convenience with quick deployment and packing.Ultimately, it was a toss-up between the tents, and I decided to give the Coleman to my brother. The Moon Lence slightly won me over with the large, mesh doors for better cooling, though my brother said he felt comfortably fine in the Coleman. The EchoSmile is the only decent option I found for slightly more room than the other two tents. Rather than comfortably fitting 3 persons (Coleman and Moon Lence), the EchoSmile can easily fit four campers.

It's okay. Feels cheaper then my walmart brand. Design is a bit flaw.
Bought the 4-6 man version.2 out of 5 stars. Had 3 people max inside the tent as I had a queen size mattress and a small twin size in. Fit nicely but a bit tight but fits.Lots of the stitching were coming off on the 1st day, not even til night time after a few going in and out. Even the little bag that the pegs come in had the stitches coming out as well which makes no sense for those to easily come out as it did.I have read the other review about it being not fully waterproof which didn't matter to be as I always put on a tarp when it rains. Stayed pretty dried throughout the storm. Had a tarp underneath my tent as always too. Ground wasn't wet when I woke up which was very nice. Again this could just be from me preping. The pegs were much thinner than my walmart brand which didn't end well as I easily bend 3 out of the 8 pegs while my walmart brand was still lasting quite nicely over 6 years. The way the window was design was kinda stupid. I have to go outside the tent in order to close the window or even to put the window part up which would annoy me the following morning as it started to heat up quick. It made no sense to design a window like this again compare to my walmart brand which the window was accessible inside the tent.**UPDATE*** 08/22/23**3 out of 5 starsJust got my refund, but they were nice enough to send me back a replacement as a gift. Which was pretty nice. I will be most likely holding onto this as a backup tent or giving it to my niece or nephew.I have yet to open and inspect this new one I just got. Hopefully the snitches look much better on this one then the last.Won't plan to open it anytime soon but will make an update on this review once I do.Still NOT the biggest fan of the window design and think it is still flaw. It needs to be updated and accessible from the inside then going outside just to close or open your window.I do wish they update the window design in the near future. I would be glad to make another review if they do.Updates soon to come....

Spacious and easy to set up and take down
The only thing I don’t like about the design of this tent is that the solid window and door covers zip from the outside. So if you want to open the window you have to go out of the tent to unzip it. It is also not rated for anything more than light rain so I had to buy another tarp to throw over the top of it in case of bad weather

Overall - Great Budget Tent
Who doesnt like a to show up at the campsite and be able to set up the tent faster than the dogs can hop out of the car? We have 2 large dogs and bought the 6-person tent to give the dogs more room than our current 4 person Ozark tent. I would absolutely buy one of these again. When i first got this tent, i pulled it out of the bag and threw it in the air. It popped right open, and was ready to be staked down. My first impressions of it were "this thing cant hold up to wind or water". I tried shaking it a bit and was impressed at how sturdy it felt.On the inside i was shocked at how spacious it felt. I would absolutely say you could fit 6 people, it would just be a little awkward trying to get out of the tent for the people in the middle and the ends (exits would be a little awkard to sleep by.For packing up, i spent 2 minutes trying to figure out the best way ( i didnt watch the video), and i got pretty close. I then decided to watch the video. For those who didnt watch it, it is fairly easy, and i included my instructions below. It took me less than 2 minutes from start to finish (1 minute to put the strap on and to fit it in the bag.Instructions (1-2 minutes)1. stand on side of tent and fold the front and back exits up to the middle.2. Then flip the side furthest from you (so the bottom of the tent is up), this will allow you to have it in half.3. Pickup the whole tent and grab the front/back spots (left and right most sides) and twist to make the furthest side from you flip upsidedown again (same as step 2) and set it on the ground. It should look like a figure 84. Lastly flip the furthest from you ontop of the part closest to you.5. Set the strap around the freshly folded tent to keep it from popping open6. put it back in the bag.
