Bought these cause of the other reviews. These are really not bad at all and worth the $$

The product is pretty small for the price but the material is nice and thick. It has no support structure for flank lipo, just foam cushioning. It felt nice and comfy at first. But see the marks it left on my skin in pic. This was after wearing it under my compression for 10 minutes. I don’t know what it’s made of but it was a tad irritating as you can see the redness on my skin.

The lipo foams are soft and stay in place under your compression garment. It would have been nice if they were wider to cover your sides more, but I guess if you are a very small person it will cover your entire sides just fine. I am a medium-sized woman and it did not cover my sides the way I would have liked and I don't feel it did much for the swelling or comfort. I wore it for a few weeks before getting tired of wearing front, back, and side boards all the time. I eventually found a compression belt that worked much better so I ditched all the boards.

March 18th I had lipo of my back and flanks. The faja dug in on my sides and my back board did not wrap around. These were a life saver.
