Seller is in India. Inconvenient/time-consuming to work out problems with a purchase.
I bought this for a master bedroom and decided that although the fabric was pretty and seemed to be of good quality, the color was too dark . I contacted the seller via Amazon to make a return. Please note that the seller is in INDIA. After some miscommunication/misunderstanding through email, the seller offered me a discount to keep the duvet set. I decided to do this, thinking I would still use it on a duvet I keep for guests. I washed it and went to put it on the duvet and discovered the opening where you would normally insert the duvet had been sewn shut. I showed it to someone else, just to make sure I was not mistaken. No, definitely sewn shut. I am just disappointed. I should be able to use a seam-ripper to get it open, just haven't done that yet.
