3cm smaller that advertise!!
Bought size M Neck should be 42cm but it's 39cm. My dog have 42cm neck. Total "LENTGHT" of collar is 42cm (look pic). Max 39cm on neck and smallest 32cm. If u have smaller pet then it's nice and soft collar.

My cat looks like Liberace and I love it
It's pretty cute, well worth the price. Note, I got the small one but its still a little big for him. I pierced another hole so I can fasten it tighter.If you want this for your cat, be aware it is a dog collar, so it has a buckle and not a snap fasten. Not suitable for cats that go outside as it is dangerous in that regard, but fine for my elderly man who doesn't go further than the garden.Very nice collar, and feels soft on the inner. Fastening is very secure so no worries about your dog's collar coming off :)
