Bought when a price reduction was available, as I think the product is a bit expensive. Not sure about the smell, but I got use to it by now and wouldn't be able to start my morning facial routine without this AHA toner. Perfect for more mature skins, it has definitely attenuated the fine lines around my eyes and mouth and just feels refreshing before adding my morning cream.Now waiting for the next offer ;)

Love Neal's Yard products but often I find them over priced. Sometimes you're lucky enough to find their products on Amazon for a good deal and this time I struck luck.

Lovely toner no dryness and very effective

I switched this to this toner due to the glass bottle. I use once a day and the bottle is lasting me a long time. Worth the money, and the smell is beautiful.

Bought for a lady, who likes this stuff. All good, I'm told.

This Neal's Yard Toner comes with all the ethical credentials associated with this brand including being certified organic, suitable for Vegans, Cruelty free and Carbon Neutral. The key issue for many will be their reaction to the fragrance which is deep, rich and intense-rose being an element rather than the star of the show with very strong notes of both rosemary and pelargonium. The resulting fragrance, therefore, has a herbal as well as a flowery scent to it. The toner comes in a classic Neal's Yard sealed blue bottle but without any dropper or pump so the the thin liquid pours out too quickly even if you have a cotton wool pad to hand. The toner itself has the usual liquid texture but absorbs well into the skin and gives instant refreshment and radiance to the skin giving you a real lift in either morning or evening. It removes make up and build effectively and leaves your skin feeling genuinely clean. However, I cannot stress too strongly that you must apply a real good moisturiser immediately after use to get the best from this product-your skin feels good, but it will crave deep hydration and if you give it this then you will have a sound foundation for an effective skin routine. Well worth trying if you love ethical products with an intense fragrance.

I love using this toner. My skin feels so clean and refreshed after using.I love the rose smell - so nice.My skin is definitely cleaner and brighter.The bottle looks lovely on my dressing table as well.

The media could not be loaded.  This toner is of the top quality I have come to expect from Neal's Yard products. I have several of their products such as hand cream and moisturiser and this toner hasn't disappointed. I love Rose scented products but this one has a strong additional fragrance of Rosemary which gives the toner a strong herbal scent as opposed to plain rose. I was amazed at how much grime it wiped from my face the first time I used this toner even after I had washed and cleansed it! The fragrance lasts most of the day so if I use it morning and evening, as instructed, the heady scent is in my nostrils all the time. I tend to use it about twice a week as I find it a bit strong to keep smelling all the time. It does leave my skin feeling great though. I think it would be better if the Rosemary was a little less strong and the Rose more dominant.I love the bottle, lid and label all of which look lovely. Not a bottle that needs to be hidden away out of sight! I do recommend it with just a slight reservation about the not quite Rose scent. It certainly cleanses and tones the skin well.

The rose smell is not “strong”. You won’t smell “rose bush” but you will have hints of roses in a more earthy scent.It works in the skin! I can visibly see a difference after I use it, and you can feel it soothing as you apply it.
