Purchased this to try and cover the blonde in my hair and go naturally grey. I've been using it for a few weeks now and it is making a difference. I was a little apprehensive about using it as I didn't know how dark it would be so I used it more often in the beginning then just put more shampoo on. It has made my roots less noticeable and I will continue using it, thought about trying the fade to grey when this bottle runs out. I would advise using gloves as it does stain a purple/violet colour on hands.

I have struggled to find a good shampoo to help maintain the grey shade in my hair. Silver shampoos weren’t quite doing it for me, I tried Bleach London fade to grey which was good but a little too much pigment & would cling more to certain parts giving a quite uneven tone. This smoky shampoo has given me that in between tone I was looking for, stronger pigment than silver shampoo but not quite as strong as the fade to grey. A more natural tone to help with transition to my natural grey hair.

This takes the yellow brassy away and leaves a lovely dirty blonde. Well impressed.

Unfortunately didn’t give me the desired colour, was expecting as said a smoky blonde but was more pink ! .
