After trying maymom inserts (needed cut) and the beagen cushions (couldn't get good alignment) I was so happy to find these recommended by others in my FB groups.I measured a 16-18mm and able to use these 21mm inserts with great success.I didn't need to cut them or anything and the silicone is soft. Much softer than the maymom and seem more durable than the beagen which report needing to be replaced every couple of months.My supply has increased dramatically since I've started using these and milk is expressed more efficiently.Since they advertise it for the freemie cups I went ahead and tried them in the 25mm flanges. While they do go in there, the fit isn't very tight and they will easily slide out. This may impact suction if they shift out of alignment.

These are such a great idea for changing the size without having to buy a pair of flanges. However, these did not work for me. Suction and fit into the flanges were fine, but they were extremely painful 😖. It could be because I have elastic nipples so my areola is rubbing against the inserts. But whatever the cause it’s so painful there’s no way I’ll be continuing to use these. I’d rather buy new flanges or try Pumpin Pals instead. My nipples were so in fire after my 20 min pumping session I thought they might end up with blisters. These are such a good idea, I do hope they work for others!

I am grateful for this product!! As I have around 16 flanges that are 24mm it would have been expensive to replace them with a 21mm. These are super comfortable, easy to put in, and easy to clean.

I bought these inserts to use with my elvie pumps. I've read that these inserts are perfect for elvies since you don't have to cut them to use with pumps. I used them 3 times today and my output was significantly less than with the other ones I usually use. I will stick with the other brand. Every body is different so didn't work for me 🤷‍♀️

These fit my Spectra S1 flanges 24mm perfectly. Seems to work well. Easy to insert, remove, and clean. They've been holding up with regular use for the past few weeks.
