Q: Good grief, what's the diameter?! every review says they're "so small" but no one says how small. even the package photo and description fail to say!

I buy these all the time at Walmart, where the price is less than half of what they are here. I don't have any right now or I'd measure them for you but from memory, I'd say they're about 8 inches in diameter. Someone said 4, but they're definitely not that small. They're big enough that if you want a soft taco, this makes a big one. Not burrito size.

Q: What is the shelf life?

We freeze all packages except one. The one lasts up to 3 weeks in our experience.
