Love, love, love this product! I have had a chiropractor do a similar hold on my neck area... This product works much better. It's very relaxing plus you can heat up the heart shaped pad that comes with it. I have recommended it to all of my family and friends that have neck and back issues. This has been very helpful for my subocciptal headaches from a car accident. I would not buy with the ice pavk again, though. It is basically a mousepad. I use the Coldest Water ice packs and lie down with the cradle and ice pack for relief.
