These chimney brush poles work very well. They are easy to screw together and take apart. I have a couple of fairly signficiant angle changes in my chimney, and these poles are easily bendable enough to conform to the angles, but sturdy enough not to break. Overall, I'm quite happy with them. No downsides that I have encountered.

I must not have read carefully enough in the description because I thought I was getting a set (like the one pictured). I have no prior experience in buying these and thought that because the picture was of a package of more than one rod I was getting more than one. The rod works and threads onto my attachments fine.

Excellent value. 4' was perfect and It was easy to add a handle. (I'm a toolmaker) Had a problem at the post office because they tore the shipping tag off so I had to pick it up from the post office. It is not packaged for shipping.

Used it one time and the thing started falling apart. Not good at all. Wont use it again. It started spliting and getting pieces in my gloves.

The shafts have bits is sharp fiberglass that splinter and get in your hands were gloves!!

Cleaning the chimney....did a good job

Not a lot to say about the rods. They do the job and are easy to store once the work is completed.
