A friend showed me these and how she uses them to do squats whilst having to keep balance - all helps with ageing apparently, so I got myself some and very pleased I did!

1. Small size makes it easy to store2. Very good for rehab exercises at home3. Standard quality (it smells a bit of plastic at first, but over time smell disappear)

The media could not be loaded.  These half balance pods can be inflated with the included pump, I’m not sure by how much you are meant to inflate them by but I gave them quite a good pump up. I tried standing on them and my first thoughts were youch! the spikes are very pointy, I could not manage more than 10 seconds… However when I hopped off the pods my feet felt so tingly I realised they would be great for a massage so that’s what I’ve been doing, I’ve had a look at all the exercises you could do and they are well presented via the QR codes but I will build up to them slowly.They are great to get out after a long day tramping around and the slight “squidgyness” of the pods mean you can give your tired feet a really good workout. The pods and accessories all pack away in a compact drawstring bag. They are a good quality vinyl and I did not feel like my weight (13st) would in anyway burst them.

These are like miniature Bosu ball.I personally like to try different exercise equipment and some I keep using and some I forget about.I keep using these for about 3 exercises regularly.They come in a storage bag and with the pump.Most of the time you need to use both at the same time so it makes me question why they both don’t have same colour but perhaps that's ocd of me.I also thought they are gonna be a bit more 'squidgy' soft. They are still having some sort of softness but the plastic is firm.There are exercises which came in a leaflet with the QR code for each exercise. 9 exercises.Basically you mostly put them under the knees, palms or feet. It provides you with less stability therefore more muscle involvement when performing a basic exercise like squats for instance.One of the exercises is a foot massage.I would actually specifically suggest these (using them under the foot) who have plantar fasciitis as using these pods really exercises your foot and also involving the massage after.I enjoy a different sensation of squatting with pods under my feet and I can also tell for the planking it’s somehow easier to have a palm on flat part of the pod (grabbing it) rather than on the floor, especially if you have wrist issues like I do.Is it worthy to get them?I sometimes think we can get into a loop of doing same thing over and over again and using these can spice up the exercise regimen if you get into dull states/autopilot workouts.If you are a personal trainer it’d be good to own to offer more variety in the training, plus they don't take much space. I am a yoga teacher and extra balancing is always welcomed.

I'll change this to a 5 star if I get the pump sent to me! I paid more for this than other products the same that were available because it said there was a pump and user guide with it - I got neither!

Ho acquistato queste SEMISFERE per una parente che necessitava di un supporto per alcuni esercizi ed ho apprezzato un prodotto curato già nel confezionamento, spedito infatti all'interno di una sacca, insieme ad un POMPA per il gonfiaggio e delle ISTRUZIONI.La presenza di una SACCA mi è piaciuta perchè consente di riporre gli articoli con estrema facilità e praticità quanto inutilizzati o per una trasferta.Alla prova sul campo ho riscontrato delle SEMISFERE di discreta QUALITA' progettuale e costruttiva, realizzate con materiali validi ben assemblati e dalla palpabile solidità.Sebbene poi il prodotto arrivi già gonfio, mi è piaciuto trovare la pompetta che consentirà in futuro di regolare la tensione delle semisfere anche da chi non avesse disponibile in casa un altro dispositivo per il gonfiaggio.Sul campo, ovvero degli esercizi, il parente che utilizza le mezze sfere, mi ha comunicato di essersi trovato bene con questi accessori, che aveva già precedente provato di altra marca ed ha riscontrato molto validi e funzionali nel supporto della sua ginnastica quotidiana.Nel complesso mi sento quindi di promuovere le due mezze sfere per la buone sensazioni che hanno trasmesso dopo le prime settimane di utilizzo, degli accessori validi, acquistati a fine settembre 2023 al PREZZO di 20.69 euro, un costo che valuto equilibrato.In quanto alla spedizione e consegna da parte di Amazon, sono stati come sempre efficienti e puntuali grazie al servizio Prime.Mi auguro che questa recensione possa esservi di aiuto e se avete dubbi o quesiti non esitate a chiedere.
