The flavor combo of this tea is delicious. It smells so sweet and tastes delicious without sweetener. Even more important than all of that is that it relaxes you enough to slip into a sound and peaceful sleep.

I have a difficult time falling asleep some nights. I've tried everything, and nothing has worked without some side effects. This tea relaxes me very good, while still being gentle. Great ingredient list that helps you fall asleep.

Taste great ... but I don't believe it has helped with my sleeping issue. But, I could drink this day or night ... very good flavor. Will definitely try other Cutea products.
