My ebf baby was only pooping every 3-5 days. I have had this tea two days in a row and he has had 5 poopy diapers in 48 hours. I think it is helping his tummy feel better. Expensive for what you get, I was disappointed in results of tea. Based on other reviews I thought I would really see improvement in digestion...... Update: company reached out, and results may be better for someone who may not eat healthy. I appreciate the effort and changed my review based on that
