Purchased this chair because of the weight rating as I am a big guy. First thing is that the frame of the chair is made very well and sturdy. However within the first month, the gas shock began to sink while I was using it. Contact was made with the seller and they credited me back $20 and sent me a link from another seller to purchase a replacement. The replacement has worked well so far.Also, I have only used the chair for a couple of months and the lower right side fabric has torn. (See Picture) I've never worn jeans or anything other than soft fabric pants or cargo shorts, that would cause it to tear.

Very comfortable gaming chair. Also, the majority of the hardware is already in their specific spots. It was nice not having to figure out which bolt is which from a bag of loose hardware.

The base of the chair snapped/broke a short time after purchase and I contacted the seller immediately. They were VERY apologetic and sent a perfect replacement within 2 days time.Regardless of the unfortunate circumstances of the base breaking, I would recommend this product and seller to everyone! Great customer service is SO rare these days!

Love the look of the chair. It's comfortable, but takes getting used to.My only complaints are: the base of chair seat is very flat and felt like I could slip out in the beginning. The chair needs more padding and the seat needs the proper "v" shape to support legs more and make you fit more into the chair. I also admit for people with wide shoulders, it takes some getting used to. I'm 6' tall and broad shoulders, and it is very much a hugging chair. Not uncomfortable, but takes time to get used to when you haven't experienced it before. The arms, although sturdy, they do wiggle a bit due to the intentional rotation of them, but they aren't as solid/stationary as they could be.Overall: I've had it for about 2 weeks now and I am still very happy with the purchase. Coming from a very over padded ergonomic chair, it has taken some time to get used to, but still feel it is great value for the money. I do think that this is not a 6-8hr a day chair, more like 2-4 max, but still a great value.

The only thing is occasionally the lift will drop and the chair sinks other than that it is very comfortable and fits my needs

I bought this chair because it says it supports up to 400lbs. Me being a bigger guy (6'3", 350lbs) I bought it assuming it would be a bigger chair since it claims to hold 400lbs. I was wrong. The sides of the seat dig into my thighs and I feel crammed in it. Feel like I'm going to break it. Looks nice though, it was easy to put together and the quality of the "leather" feels nice. Curious to see how long it holds up for me.

After just a Month or so if use, the chair started going down to the base by itself. Hard to keep it up.
