I use it for coffee and it works great.

I like it, makes nuts much faster than normal pan. The only issue is it came with a little blemish and handle is either getting unscrewed / and / or the screw is getting out of the wood, which is even worse. I wish it was more solid to screw it in place and forget about it.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -The device still functions as expected. Makes most delicious nuts I have ever tasted.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Update after two weeks of use: Initially I wasn't doing it right, turning it too fast. If you turn like one revolution in 2-3 seconds the handle doesn't even come up or go ruff when the moisture is evaporated. It stays in place at all time, also less wear and tear on the material. It was the issue when the moisture would evaporate, the handle would come almost out as the turning mechanism "legs" would merely skim on the surface of nuts. If you turn slower however, the handle stays all the way down, which contributes to more effective mixing and nuts are less damaged (just read the manual). In short, does what it's supposed to, except you'll be surprised how tasty the nuts are!

I use this to roast coffee. The pan serves it’s purpose and works well. Worth noting - the pan comes in several pieces to assemble yourself. The handle was poorly soldered and wouldn’t stay in place, causing the handle to fall out and either spill the pan’s contents everywhere and/or burn my hands. I borrowed a metal file from a friend and filed down the piece which means the pan is now perfectly usable. I don’t know how many people have metal files on hand so this might render this unusable for some. I do, however, feel like might be an isolated defect.
