Provided cable gives USB connection issues but when it's not working it is a good laptop stand.
It worked as it should have for like 1 month but then afterwards my laptop kept giving me warnings saying the USB had issues and the fans would weak as if it's running out of battery. So the provided USB cable isn't going to be much help after a month of use.Although If you connect a USB cable from the fan to something like a phone charger it will work as intended and maybe even better. Like if you keep the fans at full speed using the control on the fan pad, it goes really fast even faster when you connect the USB to the laptop.So most of the time if I don't connect it to a charger or when I don't use the fans. It's good as laptop stand with adjustable heights

Sturdy and cools like a boss
The heat dissipation effect is good, the sound is not loud, and then it can be used directly by plugging in the USB cable. The appearance is also very atmospheric, and it is a product with high-cost performance. My laptop is relatively thin. Every time I play heavy games, the computer’s cooling fan spins frantically and is very noisy. It is very careful to overheat, so I bought this to increase the heat dissipation. The computer is much more convenient to use.It is lightweight and easy to travel with.

Good working
Price-performance ratio just great, full marks! I bought the cooler for my new 17-inch Asus gaming laptop and it fits perfectly. Since the gaming laptop is a bit more weight, I think the stoppers on the cooler are great, so they don't slip.For me, the cooler is both functionally and visually perfect. Clear buy recommendation.

Laptop Cooling Pad
The Summer Heat is on and I've been working sometimes from home with my laptop on my lap many times. Cooling pad taking the heat off my legs, even with the fans off. When they are on it's really quiet, so much so that i have to lift up the Laptop to check that they are on Sometimes.

Stopped working after a while
It worked just fine when it came until coouple of days later, the fans weren't working properly. Turns out, you have to adjust the usb input by hand to find the optimal position for the fans to work. If you connect the usb wire all the way in, it won't work. Rather, you have to place it few mm outside and then it works. Now it has completely stopped working

Quality
Been looking for an effective solution for my overheating laptop, this so far is solving my problem, i can say that the build quality is good on this.
