I really like this cup I use it everyday for work when I'm driving around, drinks stay cold for hours, haven't tried any hot drinks but I'm sure it'll hold up good too. My only complaint is the cap, it doesn't fit as snug as some of my other cups and it spills a bit, it still works good but maybe the newer ones fit better, the new ones seem to have a black cap, this one has a clear cap. Still awesome love this cup and it looks really good too definitely recommend it

My employer gave me one of these cups and it worked so well I had to buy another.Keeps my drink cold all night.

great cup but lid is a let down

I love my water ice cold and this can keep my water cold overnight sometimes.

I really liked this product for the price and how well it preformed, UNTIL I dropped it and broke the lid. The Tumbler was perfectly fine but the lid shattered. I called customer service to see if I could pay for a new lid and they flat out told me NO they will not sell replacement lids and the only way is to purchase a new tumbler. What the crap is that?!? Now you have completely lost a customer because there are other brands that will allow you to buy a lid. BYE ARTIC ZONE! CHANGE YOU POLICY!

Literally the best cup I've ever owned. I haven't used another cup in literal months. I hand wash it, not because it can't go in the dishwasher but because I just won't use another cup. It's just amazing.

I like to bring hot tea to work, but my old tumbler stopped keeping drinks hot, and my tea was always luke-warm a couple of hours later.The things I was most excited about for this tumbler were the large size and the long duration that it would keep drinks hot. I did not pay enough attention to how well it would work as a travel mug.pros:--Keeps liquids hot. It actually works much better here than I would have expected. The top gets quite warm, and I would have thought it was losing good heat, but hours later, the liquid is still too hot to easily drink. I have taken to opening the slot in the lid to allow a little air in to help it cool a little.--The 30 oz size is really great for being able to store a couple cups of tea.Cons:--The tumbler is really too big to easily be held in many car cup holders. It is a bit top heavy, and will easily tip over. I was able to use a holder in the back seat that held it firmly, but it did not work in my middle console.-- The lid leaks - a lot! If you tip the tumbler, liquid will pour out, even when closed tightly. I found that even jostling the tumbler, liquid is then sitting in the top portion.-- related to the leaks, this tumbler is not easy to transport. You cannot put it into a bag, and need to carefully hold it upright when walking. Given that I take it back and forth to my office, this is not ideal for my purposes. This would be fine if you only plan to use it in one place, or want it in the car, and happen to have a cup holder that will hold it tight.Overall, if you are looking for a cup that will hold a lot of liquid and keep it hot, but will not need to be carried around, this will likely work very well for you. Until I got this, I did not realize how important it would be for me for it to be leak-proof, but this tumbler does not meet that requirement at all.
