The product was badly wrapped and the liquid was seeping out due to the cling film being wrapped around it so tightly. This was the only thing wrong with it though. The product was fantastic when applied and created a beautiful blonde. After the toner was used it was vibrants and very icy white! Great stuff and excellent buy

even after multiple washes and conditioner and hair mask hair was gritty , spend the extra money and get a better brand, never buying this again - even when doing a bleach bath burned and smelled vile - never had any issues with other brands and have been bleaching/dying my own hair for 20 plus years

I’ve used 10% vol with different brands and never has my hair lifted quick in 15 mins burn my scalp and break my healthy hair! I had to rush to get it off as the pain my excruciating! Couldn’t find a way to contact the seller to complain!! I’ve had my hair cut so short and can’t do anything with it and it still breaks…. My hair is ruined!! DO NOT BUY!!! Sadly can’t give 0 stars

It burned all my hair in 20 minutes. I've used hair dryers bought in specialist stores many times and I've never had a problem with the products. But this product is rubbish.

Came open and it stank. It was taped together so tight, that it would of been a surprise if it didn't leak.The powder doesn't come in a tub either. It comes in a flimsy packet. Went straight in the bin as I can't return.
