POOR QUALITY
This reflex/speed bag is very poorly designed. First, the chrome spring connecting the metal rod and the base is lacking resistance. What I mean is- it is too swingy, even when little force is applied on to the speed bag. Following onto that, this equipment is dangerous to use. Into first 5 minutes of using this equipment and putting the speed bad into cicrling motion, the chrome spring that is supposed to be attached to the base simply came of. The picture explains everything. So, this bag does not fit the descirption at all. It lacks STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE, and is FAR FROM VALUE FOR MONEY.
