Gift for the son in law, he likes it!! He's a big fan of the ear/neck wireless talking and so I thought this would be great! Heard nothing bad yet...

This thing is HUGE. Not good for small ears. Super uncomfortable. It's painful to wear and is the only thing you can focus on when you're wearing it.

Fist day I use its ok but after I found out for coming call I can't hear also people can't hear me clear

Earpiece isn't overly comfortable, but the bigger problem is that after only a month the battery is failing to hold a charge. I can have it on the (working, tested) charger for 3 hours, have the blue light showing, and after less than 10 minutes it tells me "battery low." A waste of my money.

It's ok. Doesn't fit in the ear very well and was not impressed with the quality of sound. Ordered Avantree Mini Bluetooth Earpiece and that one is much better! Better fit, better sound.

Good quality and features, but the fit made it too uncomfortable to wear for more than 15 minutes.

volume is way too low, hard to hear the people and it is sort of hart to hear them?
