Well it’s pretty.
While overall it’s pretty, it’s heavy, and it’s, uh, pretty. That’s about it. It is in no way, shape, or form Damascus steel. Not even close. It’s etched and colored to resemble Damascus. While I didn’t really expect this to really be a functional knife, I mean I’m not an assassin. I did expect it to have an edge. It does not, like not at all. It wouldn’t cut warm butter. While they attempted to put a point on it they didn’t really succeed at that either. It’s jagged and burred. But hey I didn’t expect much and was rewarded with met expectations. Really wish Microtech was still making theirs. Again it’s a good looking piece.

Snap on sheathe extremely corroded!
Knife is nice but the snap on the sheathe is so corroded it looks like it was stored in salt water. This was supposed to be a gift but unless the snap can be cleaned up or replaced, I'm not giving it as a gift. See picture. Extremely poor or just plain non existent quality control!
