Q: Is there room for 2 blocks?

It depends on the size of your yoga mat width actually. If your yoga mat is 24' x 72', 5mm thick, you may put 1-2 yoga blocks together with the yoga mat, but the main zipper will not be able to close and zip fully.

Q: I have a 1/2 inch thick mat (26 inches long, 25 inches around outside=circumference or 8 inches across=diameter when rolled up)....will it fit?

The bag is deep with plenty of room. It will probably fit. I put my mat and a change of cloths into the bag with no problem.

I don't think so, it's big but not that long

I didn't try putting all those items however I almost certain that you may put all of them. I always have so much extra space when i go to studio. You can fit any size yoga mat in it.
