I love this! Works great! Very useful!

Super happy about the quality.

I love the integrated handle; however something about the way the end of this spatula is shaped makes it impossible for me to fully scrape down the inside of a bowl or pan. It doesn't scrape as effectively as other silicone spatulas I own.

Giving 4 stars because I was hoping for something softer. With that said if you need a strong powerful spatula, this is the one. It’s high-quality, easy to clean and extremely firm. It does NOT have thin soft edges, they are thick firm edges

It is a nice spatula, has a softer feel than the commercial-style that I am used to. Those would be the Rubbermaid and Vollrath high heat spatulas. If you have room for several, then this is another good tool. If I could have only one, I would choose a firmer blade, like one of the two I mentioned.UPDATE:2 years later, the spatula is still white. It has developed some chips in the edge. I use it moderately, with different foods. Including red chili sauce, and tomato sauce. I scrape out pans and use it in the stand mixer bowl. It has performed and held up as well as expected, maybe a little better than I thought it would.

I've heard great things about GIR, and was excited to purchase their ultimate spatula. Unfortunately, the (first) item sent was damaged. A red marking was clearly visible on the white spatula. The replacement sent was also damaged., a textured imprint on the flat surface area of the spatula. I don't know if this is GIR's manufacture issue or an Amazon warehouse issue, either way, a loss for me.

I specifically ordered this and the matching smaller one because they were WHITE. But they are NOT white! Seen in my photo next to my white Kyocera knife, it’s clear they’re a light gray. Otherwise it seems like a sturdy, well made utensil. But not white.

Item took a while to arrive but seems to be of good quality.

I've used these spatulas for almost exactly a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about them, great structure that hugs and scrapes the curves of fry pans, woks, and mixing bowls perfectly, very durable and virtually heat proof (no more melted handles!). To note this order made for my second and third GIT 11-Inch even still they're only ever found in the dishwasher because they're the first thing I reach for to make almost everything, the white does stain slightly depending on what you're looking (if you cook with turmeric then I suggest another colour) but so far it has always come off with scrubbing or at least in the dishwasher.The price is a big deterrent for me unfortunately so while I want (and arguably need) more it's hard to justify the price, worse is having someone ask for recommendations and trying to decide whether or not I want to recommend a $23 spatula when plenty of cheap (even if they are lower in quality) options more conveniently available to them, we all know at least a few people that are still highly wary of online shopping so I hope to see this awesome product just become more accessible.edit: My obsession with this brand continues and I've bought a couple more, they're still the most commonly used utensils in my house with most of them being found in the dishwasher rather than hanging ready to be used so I feel comfortable recommending them to everyone, so great!

Way better than the dollar store ones that my housemate melts into my pans!
