I loved the look of this product. And the person I gifted it too did as well. It has a lot of great features. However I have three complaints regarding this product. The first was that it advertised that the rods collapse and fold so you can pack and unpack easily. The rods are too long so they have to be removed and put in each time which isn't horrible but I bought a similar item from Debug that DID allow for the easy pack and unpack and it's a much much nicer feature. I was unhappy with the look of the debug when it arrived which is why I purchased this one. The second is the big net - great feature however I wish it was not lace trimmed as it would make it more gender neutral. And lastly the little cat toy that hangs from the arch has one of those metal ball key chains which if it came undone is a definite choking hazard. I would recommend hanging toys that are attached to a soft Velcro loop. The last two complaints aren't huge, but after using one that had the convenience of the first one I bought it would have gotten 5 stars had it had that, as advertised.

This is a good diaper bag for parent who take trips with their kids because it has the changing pad/bassinet attached. Also good for a picnic at the park. It has a USB port and headphone jack. It’s pretty spacious with lots of pockets for storage. The only flaw is the back zipper that opens/closes up the bassinet. It’s easy for the zipper to detach making all of the contents fall out. It’s not a big deal once you’re aware of how to properly zip it up but for other care givers who might use the bag and not be aware, it can be a hassle. I’m sure that zipper could’ve been better designed

This diaper bag simply does not work as advertised. Such a bummer! The poles are too large for the diaper changing station that extends out, and does not fit. Please see the pictures. Even when we took the caps off, they do not fit well and do not break down to store as advertised in the pictures shown. You will notice that the pictures also show completely different diaper bags which is strange as well. One shows the long area where the poles are supposed to go with no openings, and the other picture on the back shows the diaper bag with openings where the poles are supposed to go. It does not break down/collapse easily for storing for later use as was advertised in the pictures. The picture shows that you can easily collapse it down and store away, the truth is that it doesn’t collapse down at all due to the poles not functioning as they are supposed to. I thought I got a defective one so I ordered a replacement, nope, it was the same non-usable poles again that don’t work. Also, it was a bummer that you do not get the toys that are advertised online or on the box. Here I thought there would be a couple of toys to hang from the arch, and the box shows a cute teddy bear hanging from the arch, and again a different picture online of cute toys you are supposed to get. What you get is a little heart, I was bummed out that you don’t get what you pay for. I will be returning as this item is completely non-functional for the best part of this diaper bag-the neat diaper changing station that doesn’t work at all. Would not recommend!

I got this as a gift from my in laws. I like the neutral color because it’s not too feminine. It has TONS of space- you can pack for the weekend for both you and the baby in it!! Yet it’s just as big as a large backpack & the weight is well distributed that it doesn’t feel as heavy as it should. The bassinet part is easy to assemble however the part that holds up the canopy is very soft and the screen canopy is too small so there is still some gaps bugs can get through.

I wanted to love this product but after only having and using this product for 3 months it’s already falling apart. Two zippers have broken off. The “neat” part was the portable bed however it doesn’t seem to stay up when our child is in it! Also the poles were too long on one side so we have to sit there for 20-30 minutes to set it up and it takes two people! Not convenient at all! The bottle pocket is so small and tiny if you have a large bottle forget about sticking it in there. It will not fit. Also there weren’t enough outer pockets for storing personal items… and the Velcro straps are starting to let go when we put it on the stroller. Also when you open it when its velcroed to the stroller you can’t close it— you have to hold it up from the bottom in order to get it closed.. like I said I wanted to love this but there were just too many things that just make it a poor buy. My other diaper bag that we used for my eldest has still lasted and it’s been 3 years! And it came with a diaper change pad. This did not come with any changing pad. I had to purchase a separate change pad from another source. All around I would not suggest this product nor would I buy it for a fellow mom-to-be.— From an unsatisfied customer
