Im a size 10 with a full bottom & I ordered a M. These are great!!! I just would have like the control part to have gone abit lower down! Apart from that these are comfortable & they don’t roll or stuff my extra bits out of the sides! Highly recommend

These are great for sucking in some tummy area, but does not give you an overall flat appearance. The reason I like these and kept them was in comparison to a similar style from the same company with a higher % of spandex, I found this variation didn’t make your fat move up and out and over which created a tummy roll below the chest, which the spandex with the higher % did. These create a soft and seamless feel to the waist, which enhances the waist and tummy pouch to upper stomach. I’d recommend! The only downside I had with this is the knicker seam at the bottom around thong has thick stitching so it can be visible when wearing tight dresses of thin material. Would be better if the product had an invisible panty line. For reference I’m a petite size 10 and these fit really well.

Bought them for a wedding under slim fitted dress. It was tight on waist which pushed my ‘bulge’ down which made me look larger than normal.!Maybe My baby belly too large and fits better on a slimmer lady. Im a size 14.My dress looked better without them. I used ‘tight short pants’ in the end.This isn’t slating the item, just not for me.

Thought I’d try these as I was a bridesmaid and the dresses were fitted and I’m a little conscious of my tummy’s, now I’m not the largest of people and for me these were soo uncomfortable I ended up going home from the wedding early because they were just awful, they were that weird tightness where when you sit down they start to roll down and you could really see the outline through the dress, definitely a waste of money for me.
