It doesn't work at all. Please don't waste time and money. My skin got red after first three days.

Don’t think this is going to be a miracle patch. You have to be realistic. Don’t put the patch in the same place. Move it daily. It did dry my skin out, so I wore it only when sleeping. Drink water or tea to hydrate it helps. I lost 1inch off my belly in 3 weeks so it works slowly, adding daily walks and light exercises helps. I’m hoping by the time I’m done with the pack. I’ll drop a dress size or two. Only time will tell, but move the patch daily to avoid dry skin or what looks like a burn. After all it’s a chemical even though it’s all natural.

I tried these out for about a week. I was disappointed that there were no instructions included.I chose not to use the product because of the allergic reaction I had.Thank you

It was a waste of money unless you like to have a sticky yellow patch on your belly.

I ordered some before and they were great. These aren’t working.
