Be aware that it doesn’t work with WiFi, No HUB needed only Alexa or Bluetooth. This lights doesn’t allows more than one person to control them, meaning you can’t share this lights control with no one. It’s disappointing because the WiFi lights you can share the same app and control of those.

I purchased these lights for the bedrooms and living room of our house. They paired well with our Amazon Alexa, Amazon Echo Dot, and our Amazon Echo Show 8 2nd Gen. it is important to know that you must have an Alexa hub nearby the lights you are trying to sync with it. Otherwise they will not link. Our internet is not the best, and we have to pair them again every time it goes out for an extended period of time. They stay linked up the entire time our internet is going though, so this shouldn’t be an issue for most. I will say I wish there was a way to get back to the factory setting of light color and brightness from when you first install them. Once you change colors, there is not a way to get them that bright or that color again. At least not that I have found even with putting them at 100% brightness. You are able to change the color and brightness using just your voice or your Alexa app which is very convenient if you are wanting to change them based on the vibe you are going for. I love these lights.

When I finally succeeded (after multiple efforts) in integrating the lamps with my Alexa, the results were very satisfactory. The subtlety of color variation is not available in these floods, as it is in the standard sengled bulb, but the basic colors and levels are there.

If you just want an overhead flood light that's easy to set up on Alexa and needs no extra hubs or phone apps then this is what you're looking for. You literally just put this in, tell Alexa to detect new devices and you're done. You can then control the bulb either through the Alexa app or by voice through Alexa. It's literally that easy.

First, these bulbs take a very long time to connect. If you have a room of lights, count on an hour or more time to set up.Then...expect an app update or policy update every couple of months. What does that mean? It means you have to set up each light bulb again. I can count on sengled wasting a good hour or 2 of my life every couple of months.Lights I have from other companies NEVER have this problem. I wish I knew this 2 years ago when I started purchasing bulbs from this mismanaged company.Again, read the reviews in the apple store or Google play store....you'll see all the 1 stars from customers with the same experience. I dont care if they gave thats to me for free for the rest if my life...never ever again will I purchase bulbs from this company.

Alexa forget this light after few days and again I have to reconnect.

Honestly I just needed some led flood lights for some cans in the ceiling of my family room. Didn't need anything fancy just wanted a warm natural light. These bulbs were the cheapest I could find. The were warehouse returns and only a couple of dollars a bulb. I don't care about wireless connectivity and Alexa. Don't use it. Don't careBulbs work great. When they first turn on, tge light will bring once then operate normally. Fine with me. They work
