I bought these because they came up in my search for “onionbaby flanges 19mm”, which was the brand that’s recommended to fit the Elvie pump. I was nervous because no where in the title did it say the brand but I figured they looked like what I needed so I would order them anyway and see how it went (I couldn’t find anything in my search that actually listed the onionbaby brand name). When they arrived, the case said onionbaby so these must be exactly what was recommended to me. They fit perfectly in my elvie and I didn’t have to trim them to fit. I haven’t tried them but I also think they would have worked perfectly in my Spectra S1 flanges that came with the pump.

These came highly recommended to me from other pumping moms. I got them to use with my Elvie stride. I’m not sure if they were sized wrong or something but these inserts did more harm than good for me. I actually returned them to get a different kind. My nipples were so sore after using these and I got almost no output when I had them in. I got better output when I used the 24mm flange which is multiple sizes too big! I won’t buy this brand again.

I use a Medela & Freemie pump, and the description claims it fits both, however I found this not to be true. When I attempt to use it with the Freemie, the milk leaks between the flanges & the inserts. Which is super frustrating as my milk supply is already low. Additionally, the inserts do not measure at 19mm- they measure slightly larger. I strongly dislike that this item isn’t returnable. I wish these companies would at least offer the opportunity to exchange for another size.I pump exclusively and I am desperately trying to increase my supply, which is difficult to do when these parts don’t fit right.PS: i was forced to select at least 1 star, but this product doesn’t deserve any stars.

Bought these to use with my wearable pumps. These ARE NOT sized correctly. These 19mm inserts at larger opening wide than my 21mm inserts. I compared these to another brand 19mm inserts I have and the opening was almost as wide as the outer edge of the other inserts. I will be returning these and do not recommend purchasing

These were highly recommended for Elvie pumps in one of my pumping support groups. I just had them only a few days and used them for maybe 4 pump sessions. They instantly warped and always spill/collect milk and pull in air. I’m using them in the 24 shields. They improved my output for one session and haven’t done much since resulting in this warped look. I only ever hand washed with soap and warm water. I deemed these a total loss.
