Kids ONE CHEWABLE MULTIVIT TAB 50

I’ve tried lots of different kids vitamins over the years and this one has come out on top. It’s a chewable so it’s good for little kids and my daughter, who is about to start middle school, still likes them. They aren’t hard and chalky like the chewables we had when I was a kid. More importantly though, these actually have nutrients in them and don’t have a bunch of sugar and chemicals like some of the more popular brand names. As a peds nurse, I recommend these to families and encourage people not to use gummy vitamins. They are candy, people. There’s nothing in them. Read labels. They don’t even have iron in them because they don’t want kids to eat them like fruit snacks and overdose. These also have a small dose of probiotics, which we should all be taking daily. Overall great choice and less expensive than comparable products.

I don’t now what they put in these vitamins by my picky daughter looooves them! I have the prenatal ones for that I take because I’m still nursing, so we have our morning routine of taking our vitamins together with our breakfast. I always have to make sure she knows that she can only take one a day! I do have to say that these chewable vitamins may break up a little, I think this happens during shipping, so you end up with dust and bits of the broken star tablets at the bottom of the bottle. And, since they are made from food, they should be consumed before the expiration date because they do start to get a bit soft and crumbly.

Both of my babies (nearly 2 and 4) LOVE these. They’re a great blend, they taste good (I tried one too) and they’re easy to break into smaller pieces for my younger one. I love that you only have to give them one. There are many other choices out there that you have to give two vitamins a day for the same price, which is really not worth it. These are so much better!

I've been buying these stars since my daughter turned 3. She has a strict diet restriction and her clinical dietician really likes this brand. They are gluten and dairy free which is why we purchase these. She often has a sensitive tummy and these do not hurt her digestion system. You can buy at many quantities (and so the price/vitamin can go down). I live in the south where it is humid and I find the larger quantities change color/consistency/taste if exposed to the humid air for too long and so this is why I prefer the smaller quantity in a bottle.

These are not too sugary and Iv used this brand for a decade for multivitamin with kids and prenatal

My 3 year old loves them! She doesn’t like gummy vitamins but loves these chewable vitamins. The ingredients look decent.
