Still using the tablet , so I can't say the effect . But from past review from my friends I got positive feedback .

Very Effective
Take before breakfast and before dinner to reduce fasting sugar levels and at afternoon and night post dinner to reduce post prandial glucose levels. Monitor sugar levels. Once glucose reach acceptable levels you may skip afternoon dose. Using Meshashringi in combination helps.

Not effective as promised waste of time and energy instead take walk two km twice a day

Quality product
In my personal use of this item, I feel much improvement after using the tablet for a month. My blood sugar level has been decreased from 170 to 89 during fasting.

I think my diabetes is under control after taking these tablets.
My only suggestion is they can press it little flat while manufacturing them, which will be easy to swallow. But the tablets work for diabetes but you have to wait for few months.
