Good choice made
Was looking for the good laptop from a long time and finally found this. I don't say it's best in this price but its value for money and does the job.

Awesome product, value for money, would like to recommend
I would appreciate Amazon's competitive pricing, time bound delivery and nice packing of the product. Built-in 'Alexa' is working very nicely and is very interesting to interact. Till this purchase, I had been using 'Intel' processor only. This is the first time, I have purchased 'Ryzen' processor after consulting with IT professionals. 'Ryzen' processor is working excellently and is good for general day-to-day personal/official purpose for those who don't focus on gaming. I highly recommend this HP product.

Satisfied
The product is good. The bad thing is that there was no warranty. It was expired even before it arrived. I tried connecting both the numbers directed but its invalid/ not reachable. And i couldn't even send the email; failed/ not receiving from the other end.

Complete waste of money. Dead in short time.
I bought this laptop in Oct 2021. Within first three months it stopped working. It was under warranty, so the service engineer replaced motherboard. However now after almost 2.5 yrs it's dead again. Service engineer mentioned that motherboard needs to change.First thing - when I checked motherboard price, it costs approx Rs.32000.Second - It's not available in the market.

Good product to buy
Have used for a very little time. However my initial impression is as follows -PROS : GOOD LOOKS , GOOD SCREEN AND RESOLUTION , GREAT SOUND QUALITY,FAST PROCESSORCONS : NO FINGERPRINT SENSOR , SEEMINGLY A VERY AVERAGE BATTERY BACKUP

Good machine with moderate budget.. very nice look, sleek design, light weight..Very less booting time and quick shut down.. powerful processor of AMD 5..Overall very good laptop in this price.
