Putting together a Resident Evil costume. Construction worker/Zombie killer.Very well made, comfortable and easy to adjust to fit. Stays put. Nice glossy finish. Solid but not too heavy. I'm an adult with a large head. Can even adjust larger than my head with big knob that you can turn while you wear it.OK - Look - took 30 seconds to install the strapping. Just view the YouTube video. Seriously - let your 10 year old do it for you. If the tab doesn't fit you're doing it wrong. You have to use the right slots with the right tabs.Runs a little tall on your head because of the safety feature that has some dead space to absorb impacts from falling bricks. Springy action - kinda like a hammock on your head. Your head rides on the straps not on the hard plastic. The adjuster is perfect and holds firmly in place. You can look at the ground and it stays on.Looks way cooler with sunglasses on. An excellent value with actual real safety ratings. Use your creativity and post a Pic!(Decals from Amazon - for car outside mirrors.)

Photo on the listing shows the helmet fully assembled with the lining - it doesn't come that way. I received in two pieces: the outer shell and the inner lining with a plastic bag around them on which was printed some graphics purporting to show how they should be assembled. After studying the graphics and figuring out that the tabs on the liner should snap into the slots on the shell and after a lot of pushing (and even the help of a rubber mallet), I figured out that the tabs were too big for the slots! I read other reviews claiming they assembled easily - not so for me! My conclusion is they shipped the wrong liner for this shell- seems like a stupid error to make (I also wrote a review of the seller). Unless you like rolling the dice on getting one that fits together, you should buy the Amston Safety Hard Hat instead. It comes fully assembled for a few bucks more - well worth it to avoid the aggravation of returning this $12 useless piece of junk.

This product seems sturdy enough, however I found the helmet liner attachment instructions were very confusing. Maybe photos would help instead of illustrations. I was not pleased with the helmet liner.Why are they not fully assembled at the factory? I don't think that I would order these helmets again. I have worn construction hard hats before and these do not fit as well as some older type construction hard hats .

If you cant figure out how to put this thing together then you may rethink twice before doing any constraction work. It took me 30 seconds to put it together and with my light and my protected glasses this thing looks so PRO.

This will probably sound odd, but I found the instructions for assembling the shell to the harness to be extremely difficult to follow. It took me several tries and a lot of intuition to figure it out. In the end I was left wondering why it wasn't assembled from the factory. It came in a big enough box! Other than that, it's a typical hard hat. The adjustments are good and easy to make once assembled.

I purchased this because I needed a hard hat that would fit my petite head. Most of the hard hats I tried were too big or they didn’t feel sturdy...or they were too tight. This is great for petite headed people and it feels sturdy. It was comfortable and easy to put together.

I purchased 2 of these hard hats for employees at work. Both are to small to wear. I would not purchase this item again.
