The rocks were clean, and not chipped. They came in a solid white bubble wrap bag. No labeling of any kind on the bag.

These are the perfect size for painting rocks, but be forewarned, they come in different sizes. Some are very small. I missed that before buying them. Not all of them will be useful. Still, they were definitely worth it.
