Clever FoxWeekly Planner Undated with Cover (Black, A5 (5.8'' x 8.3''))

I received the product and at first was very happy with it. Within a few days the snap on the cover broke and I hadn't even used it yet. I was very disappointed by this. However, I got in touch with the people at Clever Fox. I spoke to Sophie who immediately sent out a replacement product for me. The color of the cover is gorgeous and I really like it a lot. The inserts themselves are nicely made. The paper is nice and thick and the undated pages are laid out in a way that is pleasing to the eyes. It's a great planner for the new year and I am so excited about using it. I will definitely order from Clever Fox again because their planners are awesome and their customer service is top notch and really delivers. Thank you so much for your help!

Binder:The binder is super good quality. The rings work very smoothly but a still sturdy and the zipper is good too. And the pages have such a minimalist style, so practical, that you can really make it your own. The fact you can customize, add or remove pages, and buy refills (for next year) is perfect. The pages have a nice thickness and are sturdy too. Very good quality binder overall.Favorite features:The monthly reviews are amazing for self growth. The habit tracker is a must too. And the main goal and priorities sections are so helpful too. The week's wins helps you stay aware of small victories to keep you motivated. You have a section on how you could improve next week too.How I customize it:I change the color theme each month and I used stencils to add a mood tracker, a star rating system for the day, etc. In the dotted section of the week I track how many hours I slept and my meals. But really, you can make it whatever you want.How I use it:It's an amazing tool for me to function like a human (I'm neuro diverse and yes I need tools even just for the basic life skills) I'm using it just to record my chores, habits, appointments and other activities, and I have to say I am keeping with life like a pro now. This planner hits every check mark for what I was looking for in a weekly planner. Space to write assignments & appointments for each day (student w/learning disabilities so this was imperative) plus additional features that I've not had with my previous planner (monthly views/calendar) like space to write goals for each week and what has to be completed. It's very well organized, with pockets and a zipper for storage in the front interior.Its a little bigger than I was hoping and definitely wouldn't fit in my purse like my old one but I do really like it and that it's refillable. I'll definitely be purchasing refills for the weekly inserts, but the extras this came with is a bit much for my needs (personal goals, mental mapping stuff but who knows? It may come in handy 🤷‍♀️)It's definitely a nice planner and I love the periwinkle color, although it looks more purple in the stock photos, in person it has more a blue hue
