Initially I had bought a different brand light that costed twice as much and used 6 AA batteries that drained quickly and for some reason wasn’t giving the UV glow as expected. I returned that light and bought 2 of these and we couldn’t be happier! These flashlights are awesome! Rechargeable battery? Even better! We have a neighbor that tore down some sheds in their backyard and now we are overwhelmed with scorpions that came from their yard. So upsetting but now all we can do is hunt for them critters every night and trust me, these lights are amazing! The hubby says they shine far and he can see the scorpions in the distance. Excellent price, UV lights up a room, rechargeable battery and charger = amazing deal!

I use it to find uranium glass in antique shops. Or to verify its not uranium glass. This light will detect way more than those cheap dollar store uv lights. Its way more powerfull and only for a few dollars more. And you dont have to keep buying batteries as it has a rechargable lithium type plus its own charger. Its a win win. The extra money spent is worth it. The only downside, and i really cant call it a downside, is that it comes with a 2000 mah rated battery. Not an issue if you use it occassionally. But i use this light frequently for hours at a time. So i upgraded to a 3500 mah rated battery to take full advantage of the 10 watt power rating and longer run times. The good thing is it takes a 18650 battery. Which is easy to get locally. Unlike my 265 nm light from the same manufacturer which is hard to find locally. The only other nit-pick i have is i wish the on/off button was more forward on the shaft like the bigger lights intead of on the very end of the shaft. Just my preferance. It in no way takes the value away from this light. I give it 5 out of 5 gold stars. U wont be disappointed by this light if you have been using the cheap dollar store units. Thats my story and im sticking to it.

Spend alot of money on a previous one from a well known. Tool truck this one blows that brand name one AWAY

Wow. I have 2 other brands and this light is above and beyond the other two by miles. You can see things tge others brands don't even pick up. It is my go to for scorpions and house cleaning. Highly recommend. Love it is rechargeable.

This item did not work right out of the box put battery on charge it did nothing I do not recommend this product from this company

I bought this for night glow disc golf, but as others have said, be cautioned if you shine it in your bathrooms. You may be appalled at your own cleaning habits. The included glasses help cut down on unnecessary glow as well. I M R batteries has great options for 3500 mha 18650 batteries that really make the most use of this light
