product was exactly what it should have been

Bought these to replace the keyed ones on our fifth wheel. Combos easy to change. However one was defective and seller did not want to replace. Contacted Amazon to replace will send back the broken one. Would return all but too many to uninstall and replace.

I bought this and went through the trouble of installing them. Then found that the combination can't be changed. The instructions are simple: you just have to push the hole on the side and change the combination. However, the metal piece inside does not budge when I press it, so the combination does not change.

I have one that will not open with factory code I have one that is installed and locked on my rv and will not open with the code I set and I need the seller to contact me on Amazon either one will work

When you first put the lock on 000, hold the threaded neck and turn the entire head to see if it works. To change the combo, the button in the hole will only work in the OPEN position, and it barely pushes in. So if you have it turned 90 degrees (locked position), the button will not push in. It's tricky to hold the button in and turn the numbers, either have someone help you, or change the combo after it's installed. This took me a few minutes to figure out and I can see why there were some negative reviews.
