Updated review: These pads are still working. Now I use them for my arthritis. Some reviewers said they didn’t get hot enough. Very hot for me on the higher setting.Old review: I needed this for my cat who broke her leg and is forced to stay in a large pen so she cannot climb anywhere. She needs the warmth. I had started out using my current heating pad that stays on for 90 minutes. I was needing to check on her and turn on the heating pad every 90 minutes. These pads are great! Now I know she is constantly warm and they have now been on for a week straight without turning off. Very happy and glad I received two of them in the package. (Update: I used them nonstop all winter for my cat. Worked perfectly).

They are too small but they get SUPER hot and they DO NOT have auto shut off which I LOVE!! I would totally purchase again. I use them both together to get the size I want. Sometimes, I'll put one on the tummy and one on the back while in zero gravity on my adjustable bed - bliss! The other brands give you "size" but no heat and they have stupid auto shut off. These are the ones you want and PLEASE be careful because you CAN burn yourself (guilty).

We live in Hawaii so folks think it's always warm. It's not and houses here don't have furnaces. This heating pad helps to keep me warm while watching Netflix, working on the computer, and keeps my feet warm at night. I like that this pad does NOT have the auto-turn-off. It stays on as long as I want it to. I bought two, one for me, one for my husband. We are getting our money's worth of use this winter.

This was to replace an older model of the same maker/model. It is ok but the HIGH is about Medium of the older model and the Low is so low that it is worthless. The cover was so stinky that after the third use I threw it out and just use an old flannel pillowcase as I could no longer tolerate the toxic oder (this was after washing the cover). Both heating pads are like this. They are ok but do not come close to the older one that is now 15 y.o and still going good -- I just wanted to replace it due to the age.

I received the product on time and for the most part I am pleased. However, my previous heating pad was also a Sunbeam and it was better constructed than what I ordered and received this time. This heating pad is more flimsy!

I really love these heater cuz they put out the heat you need and without turning off... which allows me to actually rest for the amount of time “I decide”But the last 2 I got 1 never worked, and the other is crapping out less than 30 day so I will need them to replace them...

It was a the seller described . It does stay on until turned off. The order was received promptly .

so far, so good. We use heating pads almost nightly (cold apartment), and they tend to die while they are still under warranty (I think including at least one of these, but I'm not 100% sure). We aren't organized or motivated enough to pursue refunds. So, if you use heating pads a lot, definitely keep track of your receipts, etc., since I find that few hold up to heavy use, even during the warranty period.
