My doctor recommended that I use something to elevate discomfort from my hernias. These actually help and are comfortable. It only holds you in so much, since I am already an XS, but the ribbing and fabric work!! The thong back crates a more natural look in my clothes ( hate panty lines) and I prefer these over all other I brands I own. I really do recommend these and will be purchasing more.

5’5 165lbs - athletic build with and had C-section. I did a lot of different reviews prior to purchasing. I’ve only purchased spank off brands with the longer shorts. This is my first thong belly tucker :)Pros:-There’s boning in the front and back - so it doesn’t roll down.-Tight compression so it holds in my lower abdomen-Couldn’t see it under my jumpsuit-True to size. I wear a M is most sizes. Between size 4-7 pants. Small adult size shirtCons:-Sitting for awhile with the snug thong isn’t the most comfortable - i will buy a size up to see if this helps-When I sit I have 3 rolls in my stomach. The garment hit above my belly button but in the middle of my 2nd roll. If you have a larger 2nd roll in the middle of your stomach - you may need one that comes up higher on your abdomen if you’re looking to feel tucked in while you sit.For the price I’m going to buy this In the size Large to see if I like it more.*update* I bought the Large and the tummy support wasn’t as tight as I wanted it to be like the Medium. I wore the medium again for a 2nd evening (after washing) and it loosened in the tailbone. I’m happy with the medium.

These are the absolute best waist shapers, and the boning in them is so nice for extra firmness and posture. I wear them under basically anything and they are not noticeable. Very comfortable, they do not roll down at all, and they are true to size for regular underwear. They provide great support and give an incredible shape.

Im a size 5 and these run extremely small. Fit very tight

Kind of uncomfortable

When I first opened them, I immediately thought I brought the wrong size. They appear small and if you try stretching them off the body, doesn’t seem like much give. But believe me when I say they stretch as you put them on. Comfortable and made my hips and yummy look amazing in a dress. it’s supposed to shap your body but when I but it on it did nothing is material is uncomfortable as well sorry Amazon

Only wanted this to wear under a bridesmaids dress and it worked out great!! Just wanted to prevent any pooch or bulge after a night of wine. Couldn’t see the outlines or anything thru my dress so it was perfect!

I do love these, but have found they’re just not quite tight enough in the waist as I thought I was gonna be pulled right in especially after having a baby, I’m got the smallest size and I still feel like they could’ve gone down another size or 2 but still do what they can do
