I bought these boots in preparation for Wacken festival in northern Germany, with the predictions of it being a wet summer in the northern hemisphere I needed something of quality to protect from water and thick mud, but being comfortable for 8 or 9 hours a day with miles of walking across fields and solid ground. On the first day the mud was so thick, if you walked quickly the vacuum didn’t have time to suck your boot into a trap, but stop, and you literally couldn’t move your foot out of the.vacuum, but the boots were up to the job of being forced dozens and dozens of times getting out of these tough conditions, but many boots and walking boots were discarded on site.These boots are heavy in weight on the foot, and take a little extra to just walk in, but you do get used to that. But if you want quality, no blister and comfort, these are for you, they will be more comfortable with insoles as well. Wish I’d bought some before I went, but no regrets

Reviews said go down a size so I ordered an 8 (I'm a 9). Had to return as way too big so replaced with a 7. Lovely fit with room for heavy socks and fleece insole. Appear very sturdy.

Love these for the price - they lasted me a whole winter walking dogs in all terrain- and I have very wide feet with bunions and a tendency to plantar fasciitis as well. Did use an insole but was amazed at how I NEVER had foot pain despite hours of wear and tramping through fields. But they split easily. For this price I just buy another pair! Great wellies and safety toecaps too - what’s not to love?!

These boots are great for the price. Lovely and sturdy with steel toe caps just in case.Not sure if they would be builder grade, but certainly good enough for DIY and Garden projects.Not too heavy either

Fits like a boot. LARGE. Order one size smaller than your shoe size. Wear thick socks.*Grip is Non Existent until the soles are roughed up a bit. Found this out hopping from my boat to another, almost went for a swim.

Great fit and comfortable

sized down as recommended good fit. I usually get 2 to 3 years wear from a pair of wellies but these have burst in less than 6 months. If I had purchased these from screwfix I would have had a year's guarantee. Impossible to get help from amazon customer service is a useless computer generated loop.

Seemed good value and fitted well but have split in less than 9 months. Will stick to cheap ones in the future!

Ich habe für ein Festival Gummistiefel gesucht, die gut aussehen. Diese hier haben Stahlkappen und sind sehr gut gearbeitet, innen mit einem guten Fließ. Ich hatte auch andere bestellt, sie sahen deutlich billiger aus. Der Schaft oben ist ziemlich weit. So kommt man aber gut rein und raus. Sie sind echt riesig. Mindestens ne Nummer zu groß. Ich musste extra dicke Sohlen reinpacken und noch Fersenhalter. Kleinere Größe gabs nicht, aber nun gehts... ich wollte sie unbedingt, also muss eben improvisiert werden
