The media could not be loaded. I love it besides having to peel the plastic off of it. But it's sturdy and exactly what I needed. Firs 2 cupcakes perfectly.

Once you figure out how to use it, it’s not too bad. If you get any of the baked good on your fingers it does grease it up and smudge it. But it’s a very sturdy carrier. I would recommend that you practice before you put your actual goods in there to figure out how to do it with the least amount of mess.
