I bought this and when I downloaded the Tuya Smart app the app was deleted after I restarted my phone wanted to return but unfortunately my toddler tore the box

Excellent sensors, do as they say. Very simple to set up and so far battery life seems to be very good as well. I use with 'Smart Life' app along with smart devices from various manufacturers and everything works without fault. Sometimes take a second for triggered devices to operate, but never longer than a second and more often is almost instant. Loved them, so much so I've bought more and plan on buying even more when I can think of more uses. I like the fact that not only can I use them to trigger smart devices and automations, but also acts as a security device as it sends push notifications straight to your phone when doors/windows are opened and closed. Can even set it to let you know if you've left a door/window open for too long. They look very tidy - was worried they'd be bulky or ugly but actually reasonably small and barely noticeable once installed. Small logo on the front, but blends fairly well with the white product.Great product, would 100% recommend. Will definitely be buying more.

Easy to fit & link to smart life app.Does not work on my doors as there is a slight lip between the door and frame meaning the sensors don’t align therefore they don’t work. The only time I get notified that the door has been opened is if I press the sensor button.

Great to have them synced up to my phone but they’re silence alarms so don’t make any noise

Setup and paired straight out of the box. Reacts almost immediately and sends alert to the app. Very nice product overall.
