This colored hair wax is great! It washes out well with one wash as advertised. When applying- the colors are vibrant on both dark and light hair. It all was you to mold your hair into place and then dries hard- keeping your hair in place - like a Mohawk for example.It doesnt irritate the skin and lasts all day until we wash it out. I'll be buying this again!

Not a dye, more like a colored styling wax. My nephew really wanted a red mohawk but I didn't want to actually dye his hair, came looking on Amazon and found this pack and am so happy! We ended up doing a blue mohawk for his game and I was able to put this in his hair and it held the mohawk alllll day better than styling gel and it was bright blue alllll day too. We're excited to try the other colors now too. He is blonde so it showed really well. My older stepson wanted to try it on just the front of his hair and he has dark brown hair and it wasn't as bright but could still see it (you can see them both as comparison in the one pic). There isn't a whole lot in each jar but enough to do a few hairstyles on short hair, I'd say. It's thick and stays wet for a bit til it drys but once it's dry we didn't have any of the color rub off anywhere. Washing it out was easy enough. Because it had hardened we just started off with warm water until it softened and the color started flowing out with the water, then I added shampoo and kept washing and it was all out within a minute or two with absolutely no color left in the hair. I'll definitely be a repeat buyer and would recommend it to anyone wanting wash out color. Arrived overnight as well, was happy it showed up before his first game!

This promenade is great. We used for crazy hair day at school so worked perfect. The blue, purple and green are very vibrant colors especially on my dark haired boy. The red is also vibrant just took more color to get the desired result. It is a promenade so it is more for styling. He got so many compliments. Only given 4 stars because if you simply want color- this isn’t the product for you. But for what I want and needed- 5 stars!!!!

Honestly it’s pretty good to use for the first time. What I recommend to do is to brush your hair after it dries because if you brush it while the dye isn’t dry yet it’ll remove some of the color.

I work as an educator and our school is celebrating its 20th year. Bought purple dye for my hair and my sons. The product makes hair very stiff. I spent an hour trying to separate long strands with fingers and brush gently. As I tried to deal with the clumps of long strands, the color would get less vibrant and flake off on my shirt. I was wearing a black shirt with large white font. By the time it dried and I managed to brush through clumps, the white words on shirt were covered with purple chalk-like flakes from dried wax. 2hours of application and drying and pulling apart only to have no depth of color…more of light tint. I have light brown hair with blond highlights. The color did not show up any better on blond highlights. Wound up washing it out at 11pm on a Sunday and giving up on grand gesture of school colors on hair. Pro: color came off easily on shirt. I actually used a makeup remover wipe to wipe away most of the color on shirt. Came out of skin and hair easily. Con: Hair felt incredibly brittle after shampoo and deep conditioner. Definitely induced split ends and breakage trying to break up waxy strands. Hate wasting money. Threw away all of the rest of the purple and other colors. 18$ in the trash and 2.5 hours of wasted time that I can’t get back.

I don’t write reviews often but this product was so amazing I had to review. Had crazy hair day at school and needed something next day. I didn’t expect this to be too bright but WOW it was not only the best hair gel/wax we’ve used but the colors were amazing and vibrant. Worth every penny!!

This was easy to use for Crazy Hair Day at school. The colors were so nice and bright on his dark hair. He loved it.
