Scosche SU2031B Compatible with Select 2015-18 Subaru Forester, Impreza and XV Crosstrek ISO Double DIN Dash Kit Black

Says it won’t fit my 2016 wrx but it does. Not as easy as I thought it would be but this kit is a must. I did it by myself but if you’ve never set up a head unit in your car before then this might be a challenge. This kit and it’s hardware fit great. Took a little messing around to figure out right where it needed to be but pretty easy install. Looks great. I wanted to upload a pic of finished product but I won’t allow Amazon to my camera or pictures

I just installed my new SONY XAV-AX200SXM Double Din unit into my 2016 Subaru WRX Premium and this has gone on amazingly smoothly. The metal brackets held onto the Headunit securely and mounted perfectly into the stock screw mount locations. The trim bezel looks very stock and mimics the original trim very closely. There is not any play with the trim once all the clips are pushed into place and even cleared the rotary knob on my new head unit once I adjusted the in/out location using the metal mounting brackets. A+! Must buy if you're changing out your stereo head unit.

Bought this for my wife's 14 forester and i worked great. As you can see in the photos the radio looks stunning within the radio bezel almost like it was supposed to be there. I did have to manipulate the mounting brackets on the radio slightly to get it lined up with the opening but technically it wasn't even supposed to fit my car so not a huge deal at all.

This item serves the purpose and honestly is one of the only options available for the Subaru Impreza factory stereo, however it is on the pricey side for the purpose it serves

This seems like a quality kit. But I ordered it twice and both time’s the dash kit has came cracked. Thank god Amazon returns are super easy. But for the short time that I have had the item seems way better made than the metra alternative.

Sais on Amazon this doesn’t fit a 2016 wrx but it is the part you need for your wrx.. fits perfect and the black is the best color option over the silver cheaper one imo.. if you got a double din head unit go with this.. beats buying the cheaper realizing it’s trash then returning it…

I went with Scosche because of multiple recommendations specific to this kit having metal mounting brackets vs. plastic of other options. My kit arrived with one bracket tab bent/mauled. Poor QC!PRIOR TO STARTING YOUR INSTALL, check the contents of the kit. (Lesson learned)This was for a 2016 Subaru Forester, non-HK, 7" OEM replacement. The unit getting installed is the Atoto A6 PFThe front bezel looks natural/OEM like. The bracket being damaged create significant challenges as i needed to the get install completed in the same day. Additionally, the screw hole patterns did not match with the Atoto mounting plate up which cause the need for additional drilling/grinding.Once past those challenges the bezel looks good and fit snug.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this so that I can replace my stock HU on my 2016 WRX with an android HU (Panelo). Cheaper option compared to getting the 2015 bezel, Dealer was charging me $200. Fitment is 99.99% it might actually even be better fitment than stock. The brackets that came with the scosche works great, plenty of screw holes for adjust-ability so you can fit a HU flushed. the gloss finish is ok, a bit hard to keep clean compared to stock tho (not sure why)
