Amazing!
These really work. I have clogs that fit loosely and these made them fit very well. They are comfy!

Comfortable and soothing, but hard to position correctly
This is so far the most effective relief I've found for ball-of-foot pain related to metatarsalgia. The only drawback is that it's hard to get the inserts in place correctly. Once you do, they work well. I spend too much time getting them in place each morning, but the pay-off is worth it so far. I'd like them better with NO stickiness, as they stick to everything, not just my shoes. The sticky feature does not help get them into the correct position and in fact hinders the process.

Great to use in Running Shoes!
I bought these to use with my running shoes and am VERY glad I did! They provide extra comfort on the ball of your foot and save you some of the impact of running. Excellent product- will buy again and probably give some to my dad who has back issues.

theyre gelly which i like, but that ball is really awkward
theyre gelly which i like, but that ball is really awkward. the directions suggest all the ways you can wear this gel pad, but you'd have to cut it up with scissors and only AFTER you are sure you have the fit you want. i dont have time to find new ones before a long trip so i'll make do with them until i can.they make heels fit a little snugger, but at that awkward price of feeling a ball shaped thing under your toes / arch/ whatever.

Ouch!
These hurt! The gel is not soft, an the metatarsal(?) bump dug into the bottom of my foot - maybe if it weren't such a discrete bump or if the material wasn't so hard it wouldn't have hurt so much, but... ow! I have a high arch, but pronate a lot (very loose foot structure), and usually wear zero rise shoes (which actually support my arch more) - It felt like I was walking on part of a golf ball stuck under my tender feeties! Did they help the stressed joint I was trying to relieve? I don't think so, but I'm not sure because they hurt other places too much. I didn't rate this a 1 because they might help other people with different foot structure or different shoe types - it just was not right for me.

These are perfect.
These are perfect. The additional cushion above the ball helps to place it correctly and it adds additional cushion for ball. It also has good sticky backing on it. It took three tries to place it correctly and the sticky back didn't degrade during the multiple attempts. I'll be buying more of these.

relieves pain, durable
My boyfriend bought a pair of shoes that must not have been made correctly- wearing them caused pain in the ball of his foot. Of course he discarded the shoes but the pain took some time to go away. Using this during the healing process seemed to help. He washes them every morning and they stick to his foot in the correct place and do not move. He has been wearing them for three weeks now and we have not had to replace them.
